Our exclusive facility is one of a handful in this region and the only one that has received the prestigious JCAHO accreditation.

How does our exclusive surgery suite benefit you?

  • Increased privacy and convenience
Since you will never be admitted to a hospital, only our office staff will know the details of your procedure. The day of your surgery should be as easy and relaxing as possible. You won't have to worry about the hassle of hospital parking, long check-ins, crowded waiting rooms and filling out the same mountain of paperwork over and over. Since it is all handled in our facility, we know how to streamline the procedure to let you focus on yourself.
  • Comfort
Our surgery suite and recovery rooms are created with aesthetic procedures in mind. Instead of the cold sterility and unfamiliarity of a hospital you will experience the warm, relaxing atmosphere of a medical-spa. You will be surrounded by staff members you have come to know throughout your time with us, and will experience a soothing recovery.
  • Premium patient care
Hospitals are large. As a result, service can range from excellent to non-existent. Since only our staff will assist on the day of your procedure we can guarantee the highest level of patient care.
  • JCAHO Accreditation
JCAHO accredited in-house surgery suiteThe IMAAGE® center is the only in-office plastic surgical facility in this region accredited through the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). JCAHO is a non-profit organization that accredits more than 18,000 healthcare organizations nationwide. During the accreditation process a team of healthcare professionals conduct an on-site survey of an organization or office and interviews staff and patients, reviews documents, examines the physical surroundings and spends time observing how the organization delivers care. The team then evaluates the overall performance and reaches an accreditation decision. Achieving this accreditation means that the practice has been recognized for complying with rigorous national performance standards that promote quality healthcare delivery. Most importantly, the JCAHO accreditation demonstrates that improving patient care is an ongoing commitment.

The public may contact the Joint Commission’s Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns about patient care and safety in the practice by either calling 1-800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jcaho.org.
